Jacobs is assisting a subconsultant in candidate development for the Roadway Inspector position.

The Roadway Inspector role involves the inspection of multiple roadway and structure maintenance contracts on the Florida’s Turnpike in the Central Florida area. Duties include but are not limited to the following: prepare and review work orders; assist in the QC reviews and daily work flows related to regional Asset Maintenance Contracts; inspect roadway features as directed by Contract Manger utilizing QC checklist; Assist in reviewing roadway/roadside for short-term and long-term roadway needs; assisting in the preparation of contract packages by providing field measurements and estimating quantities; reviewing construction projects for maintenance needs; performing periodic inspection of roadway components; prepare for and respond to Florida Governor declared emergency needs.
