Road Supervisor - Paratransit
Transdev in San Rafael, CA is hiring a road supervisor for our Marin Access paratransit services contract. We are seeking a customer service-oriented professional who is dedicated to safety. The road supervisors work closely with the Operations Manager and SafetyManager and other managers to foster a work environment of safety and quality customer service.
The road supervisor provides support and leadership to the drivers; monitors and addressees driver performance in the areas of safety and service quality, including on-time performance, through constructive mentoring, coaching and recommending progressive discipline as needed. Additionally, the road supervisor gathers information needed by the organization to effectively identify root causes of incidents. accidents and service deficiencies for the purpose of implementing constructive change and meeting organizational performance goals.
