As a member of the Freight Forwarding team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. By transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are creating moments that matter for people around the world.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are communicated to drivers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee driver performance to ensure tasks are executed at an optimal level.
• Maximise driver utilisation for operational efficiency.
• Enforce driver discipline and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the Transport Management System (TMS) is implemented at the highest standard.
• Ensure driver payment vouchers are completed on time and updated for HOD verification.
