We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care Coordinator to join our clinical leadership team at a 300-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

This position plays a vital role in improving resident outcomes through the assessment, treatment, and management of complex wounds while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
