RN - Skilled Nursing
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirements
• Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
• Float to other units as needed
• Maintain 1:20 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Provide care for elderly patients with dementia, frailty, and rehabilitation needs
• Perform charting, assessments, charge duties, and medication administration
• Utilize clinical skills including IV therapy, catheter care, and ostomy management
• Work with IV and titratable drips
• Use ECS electronic medical record system
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Must have elderly care experience
• Dress code requires any solid color scrubs that are clean and professional
• Must clock in and out at facility
