**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

The Fertility Preservation Program Coordinator would serve multiple roles. They would coordinate patient navigation to access fertility preservation services, and provide education to trainees, providers and patients about fertility preservation options to normalize, improve, and streamline the consultation process, and help with research project execution focused on fertility preservation. This will reduce the risk of missed fertility preservation opportunities and expedite the process.
