$5000 Sign-on Commitment Bonus- West Pasco - Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the Hospice RN- Field is responsible for providing quality care to patients with Gulfside Healthcare Services, in the field. The field includes patients who reside in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes. The Hospice RN utilizes assessment, intervention, and education to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life for the patient/family. The Hospice RN- Field oversees and case manages the needs of the patients assigned to them. This includes providing supervision for the L.P.N.’s, C.N.A.’s, and other assigned staff in the field.
