**CLINICAL WILL PRESCREEN, MANAGER WILL CONDUCT A 2ND INTERVIEW**
need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked

Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

***PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH ACCEPTANCE. MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken**
