**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab in accordance with facility policies, service line objectives, and clinical standards. Accountable for program accreditation and/or certification by regulatory bodies.

**Job Requirements**
**Education Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing required.
+ MSN or Master's degree preferred.

**Minimum Experience Requirements:**

+ Five years of nursing experience in acute care.
+ 2 years nursing experience in area of specialty.
+ Experience with data analysis and performance improvement.
+ Experience with program coordination.
+ Previous leadership experience, preferred.
