Clinical Educator - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

The Clinical Educator will focus on delivering educational content to nursing staff, with an emphasis on real-time engagement and competency validation. Preferred candidates will have previous mission experience in acute care or critical care settings and possess strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assigned clinical education content to impacted staff.
• Support education for core staff, travelers, contract labor, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Conduct unit-based rounding, reinforcement, and just-in-time coaching.
• Validate understanding and/or competency when required.
• Document education completion accurately and timely.
• Identify barriers to completion and escalate concerns to Clinical Education leadership.
