About the unit

At Rehab and Nursing Center Cedar, our teams specialize in long-term care, fostering deep connections with our patients, their families, and friends. Committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, we maintain staffing levels and quality scores that exceed regulatory standards. Our facility, designed with the word home in mind, opened its doors in May 2024. It features four beautiful internal courtyards, including one exclusively for team members. Our new community dining room is a vibrant space frequented by residents for meals and activities, complemented by an onsite art room and dialysis den.
