RN Nurse Manager of our Peri Anesthesia and GI Lab within Ambulatory Services at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. This is a full-time leadership position. Works directly with physicians, Perioperative management team, staff and business office to ensure all aspects of PreOp, Same Day Surgery (SDS), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and GI Lab meet and exceed standards. Collaborates with the Business Manager to manage and maintain PreOp, SDS, PACU, and GI Lab billing system. Performs ongoing analysis, monitoring and strategy development. Responds proactively to changes that could affect organizational performance and clinical outcomes.
