BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our Falls Church, VA office as a **Clinical Manager** . This is a key leadership role for a home health professional who is passionate about guiding clinicians, ensuring regulatory excellence, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care in the home.

**What You’ll Do**

As an RN Clinical Manager, you will:

+ Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and ongoing support to field nurses and therapists
+ Oversee OASIS and HCHB workflows, ensuring accurate, timely documentation and compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards
