Bill Rate: $75 Shift: Nights 7p-7a Weekend Req: 4 weekends/ six weeks with two Mondays and two Fridays Patient Ratio: 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4. CNAs support our 1:4 patient assignments. Level 4 NICU ranging from feeder growers to complex ICU neonatal patients.
Summary: The competent nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
