We are currently seeking to hire an experienced LTC/Geriatric nurse who has experience working at a skilled nursing facility. Your experience, knowledge, and wisdom will help align with our mission of exemplary resident care. As an **RN Nurse Manager** you are part of our leadership team at The Mount. You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority, and 24-hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employee assigned to your units. You will be mentoring, teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes that are being followed.
