Job Description:

This position involves working as a floating Registered Nurse within the Intensive Care Unit at locations including Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, and Skokie, with a focus on Evanston and Glenbrook hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting with a focus on cardiac and neuro cases.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of EPIC Charting system.
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2, sometimes 1:3.
• Float between different hospital locations as needed.
• Work every other weekend and as needed during holidays.
