The purpose of this position is to harness the skills of an experienced RN Hospital who recently retired but has a desire to leverage their extensive knowledge, while supporting the nursing care team by alleviating administrative task-based responsibilities to enhance patient care delivery. Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
