Are you a compassionate, experienced RN who loves making personal connections and helping patients understand their options at a vulnerable time? As a Hospice Admissions Nurse, you’ll be the face of our care—helping families say “yes” to compassionate end-of-life support when it matters most. **Three 12 hour shifts, one Saturday a month.**



**What You'll Do as a Hospice RN Admissions Nurse:**

* Report directly to the Admissions Manager and serve as a key ambassador for our hospice services


* Visit patients and families in their homes, hospitals, or facilities to assess eligibility for hospice care


* Explain hospice philosophy and services clearly, compassionately, and with clinical confidence
