The Meadows Psychiatric Center is a 119 bed inpatient behavioral health facility with numerous outpatient programs which span the entire continuum of care. The beautiful 52-acre rural campus is located minutes outside of State College in Central PA. The Meadows provides comprehensive care to children through geriatrics. Full-Time status qualifies for a $10,000.00 sign on bonus!! The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for all patients on the Child, Adolescent, Stabilization and Adult Units. The Registered Nurse prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care and oversees the unit activities for each shift. The Registered Nurse completes nursing assessments and documents care and progress of the patient each shift. Nurse is also responsible for completing the Columbia Suicide Assessment on all new admissions and on any patient that has a change in their suicide risk level.
