Job Description/Requirements.

Proposed Schedule: 40 hours per week. Shifts will vary based on the operating hours of the Health Centers.

Please note: This is a float position and will require traveling between Plattsburgh Family Health, Champlain Family Health, and Plattsburgh Pediatric and Adolescent Health.
