Providence is calling for applications for our **November 2026 RN Fellow - IP Rehab and High Acuity Fellowship.** An RN Fellow at St Elias Specialty Hospital will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. **This position starts November 2, 2026.**
