BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse Executive to fill the role of **Division Director of Clinical Strategy & Operations** in our Assistive Care (AC) and Assistive Care State Programs (ACSP) practices. This position requires an RN with senior level experience in clinical program development, care service delivery, and outcomes focused clinical excellence. Prior home care experience with home health aide/personal care services for senior clients is strongly preferred.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
