**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Registered nurse who demonstrates critical thinking skills and leadership within the department’s scope of services and patient care delivery. The ED Flow Facilitator is responsible for the overall movement of patients through the ED in a safe and efficient manner. This position will facilitate all patient care activities and be a liaison with the Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager and attending to ensure that care can be delivered in an efficient and safe manner.
