Unit Description:

Our Quality Team is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to support our quality improvement and abstraction work. They will support getting off the TSA with Legacy Ascension/Navion. They would be members of the abstractor community on a long-term basis focusing on HVSL related registries for LA and LHF. This individual will be a member of the Henry Ford System Abstractor Community. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work from home, and attend onsite meetings as needed.
