Logan Health is seeking an experienced RN Staff Development Educator to support our Acute Care Unit (ACU), Surgical Unit and Float Pool teams. This role is ideal for an experienced bedside nurse who has served as a preceptor, charge nurse, clinical trainer, instructor, or mentor and is passionate about developing the next generation of caregivers.

This is an opportunity to step beyond direct patient assignments and make a broader impact by coaching nurses and CNAs, strengthening clinical practice, and supporting excellence in patient care across multiple inpatient units.
