_Located in the Parkline building in Chapel Hill, the Capacity Command Center West team is composed of experienced clinicians who connect referring physicians with providers and services across UNC Hospitals while coordinating patient transfers around the clock._

_The team is seeking a Clinical Nurse Education Specialist to lead, develop, and support educational initiatives. In this role, you will oversee annual competency programs, implement training for new processes, and play an integral part in interviewing, orienting, and onboarding new team members. You will also contribute to the design and development of policies that promote best practices within the department._
