**Location:** RN Clinic Coordinator for Structural Heart CUMC-Bergan 77th & Mercy

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday 730a-430p, No Weekends, No Holidays & No Call

In collaboration with the cardiologists and surgeons the RN Clinic Coordinator is responsible for providing and facilitating activities and services regarding care for patients with Structural Heart disease and disorders in need of interventional cardiology, such as valvular heart disease. Responsible for ensuring all patients who are navigated receive quality and comprehensive services. Coordinates patient care throughout the continuum in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
