Amergis Healthcare has a contract opportunity for an RN Case Manager to provide Hospice/Home visit services in Springfield, MA.

**Pay:** $65/hour + mileage, paid weekly

**Qualifications:**

+ Active, unrestricted MA nursing license
+ Minimum 2 years experience working in a hospice setting
+ Must be comfortable with up to 3-5 visits per day; visits may be in patients homes or in facilities

**Schedule:** 40 hours/week

**Duration:** 13 weeks with possible extension
