JOB TITLE: Home Health RN Case Manager & Recertification Nurse (RNCM)

• This is a Part-Time or PRN Road Warrior leadership position with our agency, requiring travel as needed to all clients throughout Northwest Ohio.
  • This role works closely with and reports directly to our NW OH Regional Program Administrator. 
  • For those pursuing career growth: a defined path for advancement to Assistant Program Administrator, Program Administrator, Clinical Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON or Asst. DON), Business Administrator, QA / Compliance leadership, and other positions will be supported.
