Frontier Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our dedicated nursing team providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the community.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
Territory: Oklahoma City
In this rewarding role, you'll deliver hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary care team, you'll help ensure every patient receives The Best Care Possible - care grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and connection.
