**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Under the supervision of the director or designee, the registered nurse provides holistic, individualized patient care in response to identified needs. The registered nurse assumes accountability for the care of Cardiac Cath Lab patients. All functions will be performed in accordance with the standards, practice acts, and licensure in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization. Employee will recognize the population specific needs of the CAD, CHF, PVD, MI, UA and Angina patients and apply the appropriate knowledge, skills and behaviors to meet those needs when performing patient care activities.**
