**Description**



Supervises, directs, and provides services to patients to maintain the greatest level of functioning, independence, and recovery. Is a resource person for Patient Guides (PG's) and assist's them with their duties as needed. Completes health monitoring and coordination of patient services.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Graduate of an accredited /approved School of Nursing.

+ Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.

+ Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

+ Assessment skills.
