**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Ambulatory Care Unit (ACU) Nurse** at CHI St. Joseph's Health, you will be the cornerstone of patient experience for those undergoing outpatient treatments or procedures. You will guide patients through their care journey, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and receive excellent nursing care when they need it most.

Every day you will conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments, answer patient questions, administer vital medications and infusions, monitor patient status during various outpatient interventions, and provide comprehensive discharge teaching to empower patients for a safe recovery at home.
