**Job Description**

As a Maintenance Technician III, you will lead service technicians on the team in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Lead the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
+ Design solutions for complex problems and manage maintenance projects.
+ Complete preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Ensure adherence to MHE safety standards in line with OEM and safety regulations.
