RMA Technician - Springboro, Ohio
Temporary Assignment
Day Shift - Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/hour
Responsibilities of the RMA Technician:
- Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of High-Voltage (HV) battery packs and modules in accordance with approved work instructions and safety protocols
- Diagnose errors or technical issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Perform root cause analysis on failed components using appropriate equipment, perform part replacements, and verify compliance through inspections and testing
- Review and produce scrap reports, ensure accuracy, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Create RMA analysis reports and document findings, repairs, and part usage into company service and inventory platforms such as Salesforce, PLEX, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms
