Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take inbound calls from clients and potential clients on a daily basis.
In addition other function duties will be required including check processing and insurance examination.
The CSR will also perform other duties as assigned.
-Take inbound calls from clients
-Function based processes
-Accurately enter case notes into database
-Maintain quality score of 97 or better
-Special research
-Perform other duties as assigned
-Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.
