Riverbed NPM Including (AppResponse , Netprofiler, NetIM, Portal) - Provide centralized remote monitoring service from vendor NOC
- Perform continuous monitoring of Riverbed alerts and dashboards
- Validate alerts, create incidents, and perform L1 triage
- Escalate incidents based on defined SOPs
- Provide continuous tuning and optimization aligned with OEM services
- Deliver reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations
