Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Senior support or lead transaction adviser on a range of settlement transactions across the pension risk transfer market (including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions)Take responsibility for the running of transactions, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget and lead relationships with transaction stakeholdersHelp advise clients on their strategic ‘Journey to Settlement’, including preparation for approaching the settlement market and feasibilityCreate relationships with external stakeholders such as trustees, sponsors and other transaction advisers to help develop settlement opportunitiesExperience required:
Track record of delivery on settlement transactionsWide industry experience coupled with sound technical capabilityStrong communication and interpersonal skills...
