JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist the business to continually improve their skills in effectively
• Contribute to credit risk discussions
• Ensure that management are provided with timely and relevant information to the key risks
• Ensure that Risk Management Framework and Policy, Risk Appetite Monitor risk related changes to local regulatory requirements
• Monitor compliance with risk policies and procedures
• Report any breach in risk and elevate when necessary
• Prepare the routine and annual ICAAP

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Computer literate
• Good oral and written English skills
• Mandarin speaking is a plus
• College/Bachelor’s degree level in Finance/Accounting/Banking
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Hardworking and flexible on the job
• Can work under minimum supervision
