The role is responsible for routinely advise operational leaders of HRM performance and options. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•10 years’ relevant experience in a mining industry

•Recognised Mining Qualification with a Mine Managers Certificate of Competency or

•Rock Engineering Certificate or

•Advanced Certificate in Mine Environmental Control/Occupational Hygiene (MEC) or

•Risk Management Diploma
