About the opportunity
A fast-growing retail trading platform is building out its client risk function from the ground up. As the Risk Control Direcctor, you own the full ownership — you will architect the risk framework, build the team, and own outcomes end-to-end.

What you'll own
- End-to-end client risk framework across onboarding, trading, funding, and withdrawal
- Abnormal trading detection: latency arbitrage, bonus abuse, wash trading, multi-account fraud
- IB and agent channel risk — onboarding standards, monitoring, and tiered enforcement
- Deposit and withdrawal fund flow risk controls in collaboration with finance and AML teams
- Risk rules engine and data monitoring model — building from manual to systematic
- Client risk team: hiring, structure, SOPs, escalation, and reporting to senior leadership- - Key Candidate Profile
