Role Summary
Full‑time employee role supporting the Risk & Compliance team to achieve departmental goals and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Location: Malaysia. Working arrangement: Hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and ad hoc risk reviews.
- Identify, measure, mitigate and report risks in accordance with the Risk Management Framework.
- Report issues and manage the entry and update process into the system.
- Conduct root cause analysis and remediation of material risks, issues or incidents, keeping the ERM informed.
- Communicate with the ERM Risk Partner to ensure quality of issue documentation, root‑cause analysis, rating, cross‑functional dependencies, legal / compliance engagement, risk treatment action plans and target dates.
