Roles and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities and tasks:
1. Risk Assessment: Risk analysis of SME and Emerging segment with key focus on risk assessment.
Ability to assess deals across diverse industries, products, segments etc.
2. Risk views for large ticket transactions by in depth analysis of business profile, financials,
industry, promoters/management and articulation of Strengths, Weakness and stipulation of
covenants as deemed fit. Excellent articulation both verbal and written.
3. Portfolio review: Analysis of portfolio, basis, product, region, industry, rating, triggers,
delinquencies etc.
4. High Value exposure tracking, periodic assessment of risk in sensitive sector and portfolio
analysis and presentation
5. Industry research: Conduct industry research comprising of industry dynamics, demand and
supply scenarios, market opportunities, peer comparison, regulatory environment for the
