Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Support the Head of ERM and the wider team in maintaining and enhancing the Risk Management Framework, including fostering strong risk awareness across the organisation.Support the preparation, coordination, and delivery of high quality reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including committees and working groups.Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand their priorities and emerging risk issues.Provide review and challenge across processes, governance structures, and control environments.Experience required:
2 years or more of risk management experienceGood execution skills and an ability to remain resilient under pressure and changeSome experience of risk management frameworks and processesExperience of contributing to risk reporting
