We are hiring a Risk Adjustment Coder / HCC Coder to support Medicare Advantage and MSSP risk adjustmentcoding operations for our onshore ACO.

The selected candidate will review medical records, validate clinical documentation, and assign accurate ICD-10-CM HCC codes in accordance with CMS HCC guidelines, the V28 HCC model, ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines, AHACoding Clinic guidance, and internal compliance standards.

This is a production- and quality-focused role requiring strong knowledge of HCC coding, prospective chart review, MEAT validation, chronic condition recapture, suspect condition validation, and documentation gap identification.
