Job Requirements
Ph.D. degree (local/International) in relevant field. Preferably in the following disciplines (e.g., Islamic studies, sociology, psychology, political science, anthropology, economics) from HEC recognized university/institute.
Proven record of academic achievement, such as high impact factor publications, research, and teaching experience as per HEC.
Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in academic administration or senior leadership roles within an educational institution, minimum 5 to 10 years.
Teaching and Research Experience: A strong background in teaching, research, and mentoring students and faculty members.
Experience in Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Ability to manage financial resources for the faculty, ensuring the effective distribution of funds for academic and research purposes.
