We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

+ Lead rigging crews
+ Execute lift plans
+ Heavy equipment hoisting
+ Load chart verification
+ Signal crane operators
+ Material coordination
+ Job site cleanup
+ Safety audits & JHAs
+ Equipment inspections
+ Read blueprints/specs
+ Load movement control
+ Team communication
+ Record work progress
+ Assist other trades

**Requirements**

+ Background check
+ Drug screen
+ Rigger II certification
+ NCCCO crane certification
+ Lockout/tagout (LOTO)
