Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Rigger Specialist to join our team, focusing on the set up and repair of rigging both in the shop and on site with minimal supervision. This role involves ensuring safe rigging plans, machinery alignment, and heavy equipment movement control.

Responsibilities

• Set up and repair rigging in the shop and on site with minimal supervision.
• Accomplish the alignment and anchoring of machinery.
• Attach loads and control the movement of heavy equipment.
• Ensure the rigging plan is safe prior to execution.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in rigging and hoisting equipment.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous shipyard or Navy experience.
