Role Summary The primary responsibility is to support deck operations on the client platform following EnerMech processes and procedures, demonstrating safety leadership and continuous development across all crane, lifting, and support service activities.
Key Responsibilities - Be responsible for all vessel lifts and those on the platform as directed by the Crane Supervisor, Deck Foreman or client.
- Carry out banking/signalman duties as required.
- Attach and detach loads to and from the crane.
- Select the correct lifting arrangement according to planned lifting operations and verify them before use.
- Check that the lifting equipment is in good condition, certified, colour‑coded, and has sufficient capacity.
