- At least 1 year experience in telecom site

- Highschool Graduate or Vocational Graduate

- Physically fit and willing to work at heights (tower climbing)

- Experience in telecom, generator systems or backup power systems

- Skilled in installations and replacement of antennas, cables, and tower equipment

- Knowledge in load handling, lifting signals, and ridging hardware
